About The Position

This position involves transmitting information or documents using a computer, preparing and reviewing written documents such as daily logs, business letters, memoranda, and reports, and ensuring accuracy and completeness through proofreading and editing. Employees will exchange information with colleagues using electronic devices like pagers, two-way radios, and email. The role requires entering and retrieving information from computer databases using a keyboard, mouse, or trackball to update records, files, reservations, and respond to inquiries. Additionally, operating standard office equipment other than computers is expected. The position also requires adherence to all company policies and procedures, maintaining a clean and professional appearance, protecting company assets, and ensuring confidentiality of proprietary information. A key aspect of the role is providing excellent guest service, including welcoming and acknowledging guests according to company standards, anticipating and addressing their needs, assisting individuals with disabilities, and expressing genuine appreciation. Effective communication is essential, involving speaking clearly and professionally, preparing and reviewing documents accurately, and answering telephones with appropriate etiquette. The role also involves developing and maintaining positive working relationships, supporting team goals, and responding appropriately to employee concerns. Ensuring adherence to quality expectations and standards, and identifying, recommending, developing, and implementing improvements for organizational efficiency, productivity, quality, safety, and cost-savings are also core responsibilities. The physical demands include moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance. Reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors will also be performed.
