About The Position

The Quality Analyst ensures compliance with regulatory standards and internal benchmarks, helping to minimize errors and support smooth business operations. Working in a remote environment, you will contribute to continuous improvement, develop processes, and support training initiatives across operational teams. You’ll engage with diverse tasks, from auditing entries to developing training materials, ensuring high standards across all operations.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required; additional certifications (CCS or LCB) are a plus
  • 5+ years of experience in customs brokerage operations, regulatory compliance, or related fields
  • Customer service experience in an office environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office, database management, and data entry
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, accurate, and solution-focused with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to learn, grow, and adapt to change while supporting a team-first culture

Responsibilities

  • Audit operational entries to ensure compliance with tariffs, Free Trade Agreements, duties, taxes, and regulatory standards
  • Review and manage anti-dumping and countervailing duties (AD/CVD) and other at-risk categories
  • Develop and maintain internal processes and procedures to enhance operational quality
  • Manage special projects as assigned, supporting continuous improvement initiatives
  • Provide training and coaching for new hires and existing staff on operational procedures, learning systems, and best practices
  • Identify repetitive errors and develop remedial training to improve team performance
  • Support other duties as assigned, maintaining accuracy, attention to detail, and compliance
