About The Position

The Quality Analyst is responsible for external and internal NC investigation. At Eurostampa we believe in investing in our employees. The ideal candidate for this position is very motivated, has a desire to advance within the company, and has a very strong work ethic.

Requirements

• Face to face communication with customers.

• Attention to detail.
• Ability to formulate and communicate quality standards and measurements.
• Strong, effective written and oral communications.
• Ability to compose clearly-written functional test plans and verification scripts against detailed product requirements.
• Strong Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word etc.) based software ability.
• Reasoning ability.
• Ability to meet multiple deadlines.
• Must have good judgment of color.
• Ability to sit for prolonged periods in front of a screen, up to 8 hours per shift.
• Occasional bending, stooping and reaching as required by job tasks.
• Occasional lifting, carrying of up to 50 lbs.

Nice To Haves

• Preferred, Bachelor’s degree
• One or more years of relevant quality assurance experience.
• Combination of education and experience determined by hiring manager.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for non-conformances management and validation.
• Evaluates trends and provides KPI reports for leadership team.
• Determining final financial figures regarding NC’s.
• Provides support on special projects and quality meetings.
• Assist quality technicians on the lab and on the floor when needed.
• Must work well with others in a team environment.
• Maintains a clean and organized work area.
• Observe company work rules and safety regulations.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
