About The Position

The Leidos Defense Sector is seeking a Quality Analyst to support an upcoming program. This is a remote position, with preference for candidates located near Beavercreek, Ohio. Please note: This role is contingent upon contract award, expected in late May or early June.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of relevant experience or Master’s degree with 2+ years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a High School diploma or equivalent with 10+ years of relevant Quality experience will be considered.
  • U.S. Citizenship required; Currently possess or the ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
  • Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems, collaborate effectively with team members, and communicate across multiple levels of management and customer organizations.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to lead both in person and virtual meetings with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Working knowledge of Windchill and Agile EPLM systems.
  • Working knowledge of data analytics tools such as Power BI, Minitab, and JMP.
  • Experience working within ISO9001 or AS9100 standards and requirements.
  • Strong computer proficiency, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint, Teams, JMP, and Minitab.
  • Ability to work full time with minimal supervision, manage shifting priorities, and meet program deadlines.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 35 pounds.

Nice To Haves

  • Six Sigma certification.
  • Experience with Solumina or other MES systems.
  • Advanced experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Experience with JMP and Minitab.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize EPLM systems to upload and manage documentation in support of program requirements.
  • Partner with Configuration Management to ensure CDRL deliverables are properly screened for contract compliance prior to Government pre delivery review.
  • Develop and maintain program level reporting metrics, ensuring alignment with mission assurance requirements and traceability standards.
  • Collaborate with Program Management Quality to generate and deliver required reports.
  • Work closely with the MES team to support Power BI reporting tools and ensure alignment with program scope and contractual requirements.
  • Create, review, and update operating procedures in coordination with program teams and mission assurance requirements.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations on behalf of the Mission Assurance team to Program Management and Government customers.
  • Develop reporting metrics related to nonconformances and prepare data for customer delivery.
  • Support and help coordinate internal, external, and third party audits, including compliance with AS9100 standards.
  • Serve as an integrated member of the Quality program team, working alongside Engineering and Program Management as a representative of Mission Assurance and the Quality Management System.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Program Quality Management team.
