Quality Analyst Sr
About The Position
You will be the Quality Engineer Senior for Lockheed Martin Missiles & Fire Control (MFC) in Grand Prairie, Texas. Our team is responsible for ensuring the quality of manufactured, repaired, and procured products meet or exceed design and process requirements. As the Quality Engineer Senior, this role will serve as the central Quality Inspection interface across Product Leads, PP&C, Operations, and program teams. It will require the individual to independently integrate competing priorities, communicate status and risks, and drive cross-functional alignment without direct authority. This broad organizational scope, level of independent judgement and informal leadership required to influence multiple functions and support effective operational execution justify classification as a Quality Analyst Senior.
Requirements
- Ability to work a flexible schedule.
- Bachelors degree or higher or combined education/equivalent years of related experience.
- Prior experience reviewing quality standards, methods, work instructions and procedures for the inspection of manufactured and procured products.
- Generally has 3+ years of related experience and may have a post-secondary degree or training in a related discipline.
- Demonstrated presentation skills.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Ability to obtain a secret clearance.

Responsibilities
- Reviewing documentation related to internal and external manufacturing processes
- Analyzing quality data on yields, rework, scrap, and non-conformance aging
- Interfacing with quality inspection, quality engineers, and Production Operations
- Evaluating design assurance activities and production process methodology
- Interfacing with customers, suppliers, and program personnel on quality-related issues
- Utilizing lean initiatives to reduce waste and maintain continuous improvement
