About The Position
SourcePro Search has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Quality Audit/Analyst for one of our top clients in Norther New Jersey. This role will manage and execute all audit procedures to ensure adherence to expected consistency of quality expectations as well as monitor and track all audit scores by employees. This is a perm placement opportunity and offer a high base salary, excellent benefits and tons of growth potential within a large and prestigious organization.
Requirements
- At least three years of experience in a quality audit or analyst role
- Experience in a 200+ bed facility
Nice To Haves
- CMA or other medical coding certification
