Heroux-Devtek is seeking a Quality Analyst Intern for the Plating Production department for Summer 2026. Requirements

  • Currently studying industrial engineering, chemical engineering, materials science, metallurgy, automated production, aerospace engineering, or mechanical engineering.

  • Knowledge of English due to necessary communications with international suppliers, clients, auditors, and other subsidiaries.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and lead a weekly meeting on quality metrics governance for the plating and machining department.
  • Prepare and lead two daily meetings on reviewing quality issues in production (plating and machining).
  • Maintain a production database on non-quality.
  • Analyze production data to guide improvement projects in the plating and machining departments.
  • Support any continuous improvement project as needed.
  • Manage a major continuous improvement project with autonomy and be involved in several other related projects.
