The Quality Analyst is responsible for validation and maintenance of all activities involving quality assurance and compliance with applicable customer and regulatory requirements; conducts audits and reviews/analyzes data and documentation. The Quality Analyst implements site strategies, systems and controls to support company and customer objectives in the areas of Quality Assurance/Compliance. They support the implementation of company-wide Quality programs, prepare site key Quality performance metrics reports and provide support to ensure scorecard objectives are met. This role implements and maintains the site Quality Management System, utilizing assessment, training and monitoring techniques to ensure compliance with federal, state and local laws and regulations, and independent agency standards. The Quality Analyst develops, reviews, and maintains Quality Management System policies and procedures. They coordinate and conduct product testing to meet required customer, company or industry specifications. This role administers the quality incident resolution process including completion of root cause analyses, calculation of total cost of quality, implementation of corrective actions, and communication to key stakeholders. The Quality Analyst addresses Quality concerns and operational improvement opportunities working with key stakeholders and implementing corrective actions. They coordinate the external/internal audit processes and support the site Quality representative responsible for executing any needed corrective action to address audit deficiencies. The Quality Analyst maintains industry, professional and technical knowledge by networking, attending industry events, and reviewing professional publications. They provide Quality responses to customer requests related to policies, procedures, materials and regulatory compliance.
