About The Position

We are looking for a skilled Quality Administrator to join our team in Huntington Beach, CA. This is an on-site position based in Huntington Beach, CA. Requirements

• A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.

Nice To Haves

• An Associate’s Degree is desired.

Responsibilities

• Assist Quality Management and Quality Engineering.
• Maintain databases and logs used by the quality department.
• Prepare stamp logs, calibration/certification logs, supplier approved lists and survey records, non-conformance and corrective action documents, tooling/equipment records.
• Store and scan all records.
• Maintain stamp log.
• Maintain calibration log and records.
• Maintain supplier approved list and survey records.
• Maintain MRB cage.
• Maintain various databases such as nonconformance and corrective action.
• Maintain tooling and equipment records.
• Organize, store, and scan records.
