About The Position

The Qualitative Research Associate will support qualitative coding and manuscript preparation for the SAFI -FP social accountability study in Kisumu County, Kenya. Responsibilities will include reviewing study materials and codebooks, coding de-identified qualitative transcripts, writing brief analytic memos or transcript summaries, contributing to coding discussions with the research team, and supporting synthesis of findings for manuscript development. The position will be remote, and UNC will provide access to the qualitative analysis software needed for the work.

Requirements

• Experience with qualitative data analysis.
• Familiarity with qualitative coding and analysis software.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
