Bachelor’s degree in a related human service field with 2 years of full-time IDD experience, OR Bachelor’s degree in an unrelated field with 4 years of full-time IDD experience, OR Master’s degree in a related human service field with 1 year of full-time IDD experience.
Bilingual in English/Spanish Required

Responsibilities

Develop individualized short-term goals and interventions that make a real difference.
Conduct clinical and employee supervisory visits, ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance.
Provide ongoing development plans and annual performance evaluations for direct care staff.
Participate and advocate for recipients in their ISP meetings, ensuring their voices are heard.
Monitor billing, maintain accurate documentation, and resolve grievances swiftly and compassionately.
Represent Abound Health at community events, spreading awareness and making connections.
