Requirements

Must be able to work independently as well as within the team.
Must be able to adapt to different situations and personalities.
Must have strong problem-solving skills.
Must be detail-oriented, and highly organized.
Requires one evening per week until 8pm.
Bachelors in a related Mental Health Field

Bachelor's in Social Work or Psychology

Responsibilities

Provide stabilization of immediate crisis for youth and families.
Provide short term treatment including crisis intervention, skill building and referrals to ongoing services.
Services may be provided at the school, community, or in the home.
Participate in data entry and tracking in order to ensure fidelity to the MRSS model.
Intervene in crisis situations at the Child Focus office, as needed.
Assist other departments in the agency with crisis related needs.
