Requirements

  • Must be able to work independently as well as within the team.
  • Must be able to adapt to different situations and personalities.
  • Must have strong problem-solving skills.
  • Must be detail-oriented, and highly organized.
  • Requires one evening per week until 8pm.
  • Bachelors in a related Mental Health Field

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's in Social Work or Psychology
  • LSW

Responsibilities

  • Provide stabilization of immediate crisis for youth and families.
  • Provide short term treatment including crisis intervention, skill building and referrals to ongoing services.
  • Services may be provided at the school, community, or in the home.
  • Participate in data entry and tracking in order to ensure fidelity to the MRSS model.
  • Intervene in crisis situations at the Child Focus office, as needed.
  • Assist other departments in the agency with crisis related needs.
