Requirements

• A minimum of 2+ years of direct clinical experience working with individuals facing mental health or substance use challenges.
• Group therapy experience across a variety of treatment modalities.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• A commitment to compassionate, client-centered care.

• A Bachelor's degree in a human services field.
• A genuine passion for community-based mental health and advocacy.

Responsibilities

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and crafting personalized care plans.
• Connecting clients to critical mental health services and community resources.
• Advocating for clients to ensure they receive the support and treatment they deserve.
• Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team committed to client-centered care.
• Assisting clients in navigating insurance benefits, transportation, crisis situations, and community resources.
• Building trust through authentic relationships and providing a consistent, caring presence.
• Driving outcomes through meticulous documentation, compliance excellence, and thoughtful case management.
