About The Position

Estelle’s Professional Community Services (EPCS) is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and motivated Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) to join their Mental Health Skill-Building Services (MHSS) team. This is a community-based role where you will work directly with adults living with mental health challenges to strengthen everyday skills, increase stability, work toward personal goals, and build greater independence. The role involves providing goal-directed Mental Health Skill-Building Services based on each individual's needs and Individualized Service Plan (ISP).

Requirements

  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree
  • Appropriate registration with the Board
  • A combination of work, training, or experience providing collaborative behavioral health services to youth or adults
  • Ability to maintain required professional qualifications and documentation

Responsibilities

  • Provide face-to-face, community-based mental health skill-building services
  • Help individuals develop skills that support stability, daily functioning, and independence
  • Provide goal-directed training and interventions identified in the individual's ISP
  • Support individuals in working toward their personal goals
  • Monitor progress and adjust your approach based on individual needs
  • Maintain accurate and timely client records
  • Complete required intake and service documentation
  • Ensure required signatures and documentation are obtained
  • Follow EPCS policies and applicable DMAS and DBHDS requirements
  • Manage assigned responsibilities independently and professionally
