About The Position
Greencroft Goshen is seeking a dedicated Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) to join our Evening Shift team. Our residents aren't just people we care for - they're the heart of our community. We're looking for someone who shares our commitment to compassionate, resident-focused care. This is a full-time position with a set evening schedule.
Requirements
- Current Indiana QMA certification
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Genuine passion for serving older adults
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Nice To Haves
- Previous healthcare experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Administer medications safely and accurately
- Monitor residents and communicate changes to nursing staff
- Assist with resident care and support services
- Complete documentation in a timely manner
- Promote resident comfort, dignity, and well-being
