About The Position
The Arc of the Quad Cities Area has an opening for a Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional (QIDP). Requirements
- Four-year degree in a qualifying field, such as human services, social work, or psychology, as deemed appropriate by DHS.
- At least one year of experience working with individuals with I/DD.
- A valid driver's license in good standing.
- Appropriate auto insurance.

Responsibilities
- Assist individuals as their caseworkers directly.
- Act as a bridge between the individuals, their families, and various agencies.
- Maintain benefits.
- Organize files according to regulations.
- Lead meetings, IDTs, and IHPs.
- Collaborate effectively with CSO, ISSA workers, and guardians.
