The Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional (QIDP) – ICF is responsible for the development, implementation oversight, and regulatory compliance of Individual Service Plans (ISPs) for individuals residing in an Intermediate Care Facility for Individuals with Intellectual Disabilities (ICF/IDD). This role ensures that services meet federal ICF/IDD regulations, active treatment standards, and all applicable Department of Health (DOH) and DDS requirements. The QIDP serves as the clinical lead for assigned individuals and is accountable for ensuring documentation, interdisciplinary coordination, and service implementation meet survey readiness standards at all times. This is a high-compliance, high-accountability role requiring detailed knowledge of ICF regulations and active treatment requirements. This position includes mandatory in-person onboarding and training prior to independently performing job duties.
