Benchmark Human Services, a national leader in behavioral health and IDD services, is seeking a Qualified Developmental Disabilities Professional (QDDP) for its community-based crisis response project in Southwest Arkansas. The role involves serving individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) and providing them with the support to live as independently as possible, be included in their communities, and reach their full potential. Benchmark has a long history of empowering individuals and values a diverse and inclusive workplace. The QDDP will be part of the Provider Focus capacity building and crisis support team, working under the supervision of a BCBA or BCaBA. The primary responsibility is to coach and train agency staff, such as Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), on skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction plans. This is a Full-Time position involving a combination of remote and in-person interventions, requiring travel to areas such as Texarkana/Arkansas/Hope/Magnolia/Eldorado/Camden in Southwest Arkansas.
