About The Position
Fluidstack exists to make humanity more free by building civilization-scale infrastructure for AI. We are singularly focused on delivering 10 to 100s of GWs of compute faster than anyone else, rethinking every layer of the stack. Requirements
- Hands-on hardware test, validation, or lab engineering experience.
- Ability to follow test plans exactly and flag when the plan is wrong.
- Ability to create failure logs that allow someone else to reproduce the issue.
- Experience handling server-class hardware safely and correctly.
- Ability to keep a lab organized under heavy throughput.
Nice To Haves
- Linux command-line fluency.
- Scripting basics.
- Experience with electrical test equipment.
- Data center hardware exposure.
Responsibilities
- Execute qualification programs: test plans run, data collected, and results documented across compute and rack hardware.
- Own the test benches: builds, cabling, instrumentation, and the discipline that keeps results valid.
- Log and triage failures: symptoms captured cleanly, reproduced reliably, and escalated with evidence.
- Maintain the lab: inventory, calibration, and environments ready before the hardware arrives.
