About The Position

Ensures the final product meets Nextlink’s quality standards. This position is responsible for the coordination and execution of inspection activities, identification of issues, and communication of findings to ensure satisfactory outcomes.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required
• Experience working in Excel, Word and Outlook
• Effective communicator with strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple responsibilities
• High level of confidentiality and professionalism
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced and evolving environment
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to interpret reports, data, and performance metrics
• Comfortable presenting information and communicating across teams
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Strong data entry capabilities
• Flexible and dependable
• Decisive with the ability to address issues and communicate solutions effectively

Responsibilities

• Perform other duties as assigned
• Maintain awareness of job-related updates, processes, and expectations
• Contribute to a positive and team-oriented culture
• Import and manage data for departmental use
• Communicate effectively with Managers and Supervisors across multiple locations
• Conduct daily dispatch checks for assigned areas
• Identify and document quality or process-related issues
• Report findings and escalate concerns to appropriate leadership
