About The Position

In the assigned Job Role of Technology Project Lead 1, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below: Develop project timelines, proactively identify and address resource discrepancies, to ensure timely project completion. Act as a liaison between technical teams and clients, facilitating smooth communication through regular meetings and milestone reviews. Support the technical team in following SDLC processes, ensuring all deliverables align with client requirements and specifications. Monitor project deliverables across all phases, to meet established quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations. Contribute to the creation of project budgets that aligns with the scope, strategy, and key deliverables. Identify scope alterations and new client requests, support in effort estimation, obtaining necessary approvals and securing client sign-offs. Your contribution to the team: Proactive risk management to ensure uninterrupted delivery. An ability to build collaborative relationships with stakeholders through effective communication. Requirements

Experience in Data Integration: Data flow between QNXT and other systems, such as provider portals, electronic data interchange (EDI) systems, and other healthcare applications.
Experience in Troubleshooting and resolving connectivity issues related to QNXT.
Experience working directly in a Healthcare payer or healthcare providers EDI solution that involves upgrades or migration of EDI technologies.
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
