About The Position

The auditor will perform an examination of the Quality Management System (QMS), HSE, Ethics & Compliance, and its various elements and procedures to ensure its effectiveness, including observing evidence of continuous improvement. Audits will be performed based on the latest ISO9000 standard. The role involves identifying major findings, minor findings, and observations, and reporting information directly to the customer via a web application. Experience in initiating, reviewing, and approving corrective action responses, and evaluating the effectiveness of implemented corrective actions is required.

Requirements

• ISO9001 Certified Lead Auditor
• Successful completion of at least five external audits in the past year to the ISO9001 or AS9100 standard.
• Completion of QMS auditor training course with a recognized lead auditor Certification (RAB or ASQ Certified Quality Auditor).
• Must have special processes experiences (e.g Fabrication, machining, foundry, etc)
• Knowledge and experience using structured Root Cause Analysis tools and techniques like 8D, five whys and DMAIC.
• Good writing and communication skills.
• Must have proficient computer skills using Microsoft Word and Excel.
