About The Position

Benton County Behavioral Health is seeking a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) to join our Adult Outpatient team. We provide compassionate, recovery-oriented care to all community members, regardless of background or ability to pay. In this role, you'll provide individual and group therapy, case management, community outreach, and care coordination for adults living with severe and persistent mental illness and co-occurring substance use disorders. Depending on your assignment, you may also provide specialty services, including residential case management and intensive outpatient supports. You'll enjoy a blend of office and community-based work while collaborating with an integrated team of behavioral health, psychiatry, substance use disorder, primary care, and dental professionals. Requirements

QMHP - Health Care Professional 2 level (HCP42): Master's degree from an accredited college or university in Psychology, Social Work, Recreational Therapy, Music Therapy, Art Therapy or a behavioral science field
One year of health experience providing mental health services
Must be registered as a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) with Mental Health & Addiction Certification Board of Oregon (MHACBO) or be able to obtain certification within 6 months of hire
QMHP - Health Care Professional 3 level (HCP43): Master's degree from an accredited college or university in Psychology, Social Work, Recreational Therapy, Music Therapy, Art Therapy or a behavioral science field
Two years of health experience providing mental health services
PsyD, LCSW, LPC, LMFT or equivalent licensure
An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted (candidates must have at least 6 months of actual work experience to be considered as equivalent)
Hiring is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check
Valid Oregon driver's license or the ability to obtain

Nice To Haves

PsyD, LCSW, LPC, or equivalent licensure preferred for Health Care Professional
Experience in a community mental health setting
CADC obtained
