Benton County Behavioral Health is seeking a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) to join our Adult Outpatient team. We provide compassionate, recovery-oriented care to all community members, regardless of background or ability to pay. In this role, you'll provide individual and group therapy, case management, community outreach, and care coordination for adults living with severe and persistent mental illness and co-occurring substance use disorders. Depending on your assignment, you may also provide specialty services, including residential case management and intensive outpatient supports. You'll enjoy a blend of office and community-based work while collaborating with an integrated team of behavioral health, psychiatry, substance use disorder, primary care, and dental professionals. We value clinician autonomy, collaboration, innovation, and professional growth. Clinical supervision may be available for those pursuing licensure. If you're looking for meaningful work, a supportive team, and the opportunity to make a lasting impact in your community, we'd love to hear from you.
