About The Position

Senior Housing Options, Inc., a non-profit organization, is seeking a full-time Certified QMAP/Personal Care Provider to work at Cinnamon Park Assisted Living Residence in Longmont. This position offers the opportunity to live in an affordable two-bedroom apartment located separately and upstairs from the assisted living community. The apartment features a full kitchen with a dishwasher, large refrigerator, and garbage disposal. Utilities, trash service, and access to laundry facilities are included in the rent. The apartment is heated with baseboard heat and cooled with swamp coolers, and it includes two bathrooms and storage space, making it suitable for a small family. The monthly charge for the apartment is to be discussed. The role requires on-call availability 50% of the month for emergency needs and covering night shifts if necessary. Staff are compensated for all time spent serving residents or facility needs. The tenant/employee must be employed at Cinnamon Park, possess a QMAP credential, and have the necessary training for emergency response. Smoking is not permitted, and street parking is available. Laundry facilities are in the building.

Responsibilities

  • On-call 50% of the month, meaning you agree to be available and accessible for emergency needs.
