Requirements

Must be a Qualified Medication Aide (QMAP).
Experience in a healthcare or senior living setting is preferred.
Ability to administer medications accurately and safely.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Compassionate and patient demeanor.
Willingness to undergo background checks and drug screenings.
Veterans, transitioning military personnel, and military spouses are encouraged to apply.
Qualified associates who have been with Brookdale for at least a year may receive up to $725 for naturalization (Form N-400) application costs.
