Our QMAP will play an integral role in providing our residents with the care they need by ensuring they receive their prescribed medications accurately and on time. Requirements

A valid QMAP certification.
CPR certified
Empathy for and an understanding of the needs of seniors, and those living with dementia.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to work flexibly in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Excellent observation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Minimum High School Diploma or GED
1 year experience in memory care or long-term care as a QMAP, caregiver or CNA

Nice To Haves

Experience in assisted living, long-term care, or memory care settings is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Administering daily medications to residents according to our high standards for safety and effectiveness.
Observing and documenting residents' conditions and reactions to medications.
Cooperating with other healthcare providers to ensure the implementation of comprehensive, individualized care plans.
Participating in residents' wellness activities and contributing to their quality of life.
Complying with state laws and facility guidelines concerning medication administration.
Assist residents with all ADL's!
