About The Position
The Grand at Broomfield is seeking an outstanding QMAP/Caregiver to join their team. The role involves providing activities of daily living and other services to residents in accordance with their service plan, maintaining a kind, gentle, friendly, and professional manner, and respecting residents' dignity and privacy. Stellar Senior Living is a premier assisted living and memory care provider in the Western United States, founded in 2012 and experiencing consistent growth.
Requirements
- Can do attitude and willingness to go above and beyond when needed to serve our residents.
- Ability to work as a team and also independently.
- A love for seniors.
Responsibilities
- Provide great resident care and support with daily activities and personal hygiene.
- Administer medications and assist with treatments per practitioners orders following safety protocols and the plan of care.
- Answer resident calls and determine how to best help them.
- Ensure residents receive appropriate diet by reviewing their dietary restrictions, food allergies and preferences.
