About The Position

Responsible for classification and grading of tires after visual inspection and decision on next process step. Responsible for classification and grading of tires from rework area and decision on next process step. Responsible for classification of off-standard tires and decision on final disposition. Input of quality-related data in GRADING system. Take the necessary actions in case of non-conformities (inform relevant people, stop curing press, blocking of tires). Scan and evaluate status of tires returned to grading after Tire Uniformity, Weighing and Over Inspection. Responsible for classification of off-standard tires from the above areas and decision on final disposition. Monitor quality-related data in QDA system. CTD measurement for product. Assure plant compliaces to ISO9001 internal and external customer as required in the respective areas. Perform daily over-inspection of components and products according to the control-plan.

Requirements

High vocational with or any related field
0 - 2 years of experience in production, manufacturing process or Quality department
