This is a fast-paced position that requires organization and the ability to problem-solve. As a member of the support team, the QIDP/Program Director provides administrative leadership to ensure that programs align with Danville’s mission and values. They are responsible for ensuring that services provided to individuals are high-quality, person-centered, and fully compliant with all applicable Danville, state, and federal regulations. The position actively promotes self-determination and empowers individuals receiving services to advocate for themselves. They ensure that each person understands their rights and is supported in exercising those rights in a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment. Emergency-related calls should be expected as they arise with follow-through on incident reporting. Danville will provide the tools and training to be successful. Requirements

An unencumbered RN license, or a bachelor's degree in the human services field, which qualifies as QIDP.
Minimum of 3 years of experience working with people with intellectual or development disabilities.
CPR, First Aid, state-required behavior support training, medication administration training (or willingness to obtain).
A current resume and proof of educational background (photo of diploma or transcripts) are required to be submitted with this application.
Ability to drive personal and company vehicles.
At least 21 and have at least 3 years of driving experience.
A current Nevada DL that meets our safety standards.

Nice To Haves

Supervisory and quality assurance and employee training experience preferred.
