Under the Supervision of the Operations Director, the Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional (QIDP) develops, implements, and oversees individualized Comprehensive Functional Assessment plans and designs and implements active treatment calendars for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, ensuring compliance with regulations and providing support to staff. Key responsibilities include writing service plans and goals, documenting client progress, person-centered planning, coordinating care with an interdisciplinary team, regulatory compliance, and overseeing service provisions. The QIDP’s central goal is to ensure that clients receive active treatment to enhance their independence, personal growth, and quality of life in the least restrictive environment possible.
