The QEHS Technician – Packing is the most experienced technical role within Quality Packing and is responsible for managing the Incident Management process in the assigned building, while ensuring compliance with Packing Quality standards during the night shift. This role collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to achieve the highest quality levels and supports the establishment and maintenance of quality standards within the packing process. The role does not include direct people management responsibilities; however, it requires informal coordination, cross-functional collaboration, and technical guidance across teams to ensure alignment on quality standards and operational priorities. The position is expected to influence and support different areas, facilitating effective communication and coordination to achieve shared quality and performance objectives. The role will require approximately three weeks of international travel for training in September 2026. Incumbents are expected to either possess a valid passport or be able to obtain one prior to travel. The LEGO Group will support the work visa process as needed.
