This role is responsible for the quality and acceptability of the fabricated products and ensures the use of the quality approved processes and our products meet the fabrication standards. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following, but are not limited to: Follows Safety Guideline and procedures set for this role. Does not operate any equipment, machinery, or tool(s) if he/she has not been trained to operate. Monitors and reviews information from materials, events, or the environment, to detect or assess problems. Inspects materials to identify the cause of errors or other problems or defects. Provides information to supervisors or co-workers by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person to help the team make proper business decisions. Evaluates the preparation of concrete mix designs. Evaluates and reports proper dimensions, conditions and cleanliness and placement of the products. Ensures the proper placement of reinforced steel and embedment. Inspects and evaluates the mixing, placing, consolidating, finishing, and curing of the concrete. Conducts final inspections of the products before releasing it to the yard. Validates the procedures for damage repairs and evaluations. Verifies proper final procedures and the results for handling and storing our products. Ensures the final products have the proper approval stamps and the products have been released to shipping without damages or quality failures.
