About The Position

Responsible for assuring and implementing all TFE quality processes across all facets of production. This role supports and engages in Trinchero's safety systems and teaches and represents Trinchero‘s industry leading quality standard and principles. The technician will perform audits of bottling lines, including fill volume, TTB compliance, and wine and packaging specification compliance, with limited wine analysis performed. They will be responsible for understanding and implementing the Food Safety and Quality Management System and related activities, including SQF standards, conducting GMP audits, verifying incoming packaging materials, and ensuring equipment is verified prior to use. The role also supports and sustains lean principles through continuous improvement.

Requirements

Ability to accurately work with data in software applications, such as SAP, LIMS, Red Zone or equivalent.
Communicate effectively with peers and leadership across functional teams.
Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to demonstrate critical thinking.
Demonstrate personal accountability; taking ownership for actions with minimal supervision.
Ability to effectively work with others in or on cross functional teams.
Respond to changing production pressures and prioritize assigned projects.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science or science related college level courses.
1 or more years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
