About The Position

This role is for a Quality Control Tech in concrete manufacturing. The individual will be responsible for inspecting concrete products and ensuring quality throughout the manufacturing process. This includes coordinating production bed layouts, overseeing pre-pour and post-pour inspections, and overseeing stressing operations. The position requires effective interfacing with specifying agencies, internal production, and administrative departments. The QC Tech will also be responsible for all Mix Designs, all record keeping to ensure PCI Compliance, and overseeing all Laboratory and Concrete Testing Activities.

Requirements

• Knowledge of concrete manufacturing
• Knowledge of inspection of concrete products
• ACI, PCI, or DOT certifications

Responsibilities

• Inspecting concrete products as a Quality Control Tech
• Assuring quality throughout the manufacturing process
• Coordinating production bed layouts
• Overseeing pre-pour and post-pour inspections
