About The Position

Heidelberg Materials is one of the world's largest suppliers of building materials. Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. This role involves performing sampling and testing of materials to ensure product quality and compliance, recording, analyzing, and reporting test results, supporting production teams by communicating quality findings and recommending adjustments, maintaining laboratory equipment, and following all quality control procedures. The position also requires contributing to a strong safety culture by following all site and lab safety protocols.

Requirements

• Ability to perform accurate testing and follow established quality procedures
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing reliable results
• Capability to learn and apply technical standards, specifications, and testing methods
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with operations teams
• Reliability, problem‑solving skills, and readiness to adapt in a dynamic environment
• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
