• Ability to work collaboratively with operations teams while maintaining a commitment to safety and quality standards.
• Proficiency in using testing equipment, technology, and computer applications to document and report information.
• Self-motivated, organized, and adaptable with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality control testing on raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products to ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
• Collect, analyze, and accurately document test results, identifying trends and reporting findings to operations teams.
• Monitor production processes and collaborate with plant personnel to maintain product quality and consistency.
• Calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory testing equipment to ensure reliable performance.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying quality issues and recommending corrective actions.
