About The Position

Heidelberg Materials is one of the world's largest suppliers of building materials. Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. This role operates in a combination of laboratory and industrial plant environments. The position may require working around heavy equipment, exposure to varying temperatures, and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends or overtime as needed, may be required.

Responsibilities

Conduct routine sampling and testing of raw materials, clinker, cement, and other products to ensure quality standards are met
Monitor and adjust production processes by communicating test results and recommendations to operations teams
Maintain accurate records of test data and quality reports in compliance with company and regulatory standards
Inspect laboratory equipment, perform calibrations, and ensure proper maintenance for reliable testing outcomes
Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying trends and opportunities to enhance product quality and consistency
