The Quality Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily quality assurance activities to ensure products meet company, customer, and regulatory standards. This role leads quality technicians/inspectors, monitors production quality metrics, and works with operations to identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives. This position empowers hourly workforce to accomplish 100% quality, responsiveness, production, customer service and safety in a team-based environment. A successful candidate is an organized, analytical, problem-solver with the ability to work efficiently and effectively with other functional areas to meet or exceed quality and delivery requirements.
