QC Sample Management Technician - 2nd Shift (Wed-Sat)
About The Position
As part of our Quality Control support team, you’ll play an important role in keeping our lab operations running smoothly and compliantly. This role is a great fit for early talent seeking to develop experience in a regulated laboratory environment. The position is full-time, with a schedule of 2nd shift, Wednesday - Saturday, from 1:00 PM to 11:30 PM. Eurofins PSS works with leading international companies across the pharma, medical device, food, cosmetic & consumer products industries, serving clients at their sites across 20 countries. PSS is part of Eurofins Scientific, an international life sciences company with a vast network of laboratories.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a life sciences field (biology, chemistry, biochemistry, or related discipline)
- Exposure to or interest in working in a cGMP-regulated environment (prior experience is a plus but not required)
- Ability to work in the United States on a full-time basis without current or future sponsorship
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in a cGMP-regulated environment is a plus
Responsibilities
- Verify and review sample submissions to ensure they meet Quality Control requirements
- Receive, label, organize, and properly store samples according to established procedures
- Deliver samples to Quality Control laboratories for testing in a timely and accurate manner
- Perform routine temperature, environmental, and/or CO₂ monitoring and document results
- Support compliance with regulatory and quality standards (cGMP, SOPs, safety guidelines)
- Communicate and collaborate with internal teams and external customers as needed
