About The Position

BSN Sports, A Varsity Achievement Brand, is looking to hire a Quality Control, Pack, Shipping Warehouse Associate to ensure products are stocked, selected, packed, and shipped to customers. You’ll work in one of the following roles: Picking, Packing, Shipping, Inventory. This role requires effective communication in spoken English, participation in meetings, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have great attention to detail and organization skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, be computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office, and able to work in a structured and process-oriented environment. The ability to multi-task, problem-solve, learn tasks quickly, be accuracy-driven, personable, team-oriented, and punctual with excellent attendance is also essential. Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide) are required.

Requirements

Minimum one year of Quality experience working in a manufacturing environment.
Basic blueprint reading skills.
Moderate understanding of quality control standards and techniques.
2 years in-depth SAP experience
Learning tasks quickly is detailed, accurately driven, personable, team oriented, and punctual with excellent attendance.
Read and comprehend documents, instructions, and correspondence in English to perform job duties efficiently.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as a team.
Ability to multi-task and work efficiently.
Strong time management and attention to timelines.
HS Diploma or GED (required)
1 - 2 years’ experience in a warehouse/ manufacturing setting
Proficient with Microsoft Office, with extensive experience with Microsoft Excel
Lifting of no less than 15-35 lbs. on a regular basis.
Ability to tolerate working in a non-climate-controlled environment.

Nice To Haves

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a bonus
Operational, Warehouse, Logistics or comparable experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Pulls orders from locations
Ensures orders are complete and accurate
Stages order/s correctly at shipping stations
Operates handling equipment and ensures safety regulations are followed
Ensures warehouse goals are met
Maintains a high level of health and safety standards
Shrink wraps products to pallets
Loads delivery vehicles
Packs warehouse orders as necessary
Operates scanners so that the proper order is picked
Performs other general warehouse duties as needed
Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders in spoken English, ensuring clarity and understanding.
Participate in meetings, discussions, and presentations requiring proficient spoken English skills.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing valuable insights and feedback in English.
