QC Lab Technician - 1st Shift
About The Position

This role involves performing quality control tasks in a laboratory setting, specifically focusing on batch adjustments, raw material testing, and data analysis. The position requires attention to detail, strong mathematical and computer skills, and the ability to analyze and interpret complex numerical data, including color analysis.
Requirements
- Strong mathematical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work 1st shift immediately
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex numerical data is required
- Color vision with shade discrimination
- Proficiency with computers using Windows Operating Systems, Lotus Notes, and Microsoft Office including Word, Excel

Responsibilities
- Make batch adjustments based on standardized procedures and guidelines
- Test raw materials based on standardized procedures
- Perform gage R & R studies
- Complete other functions that may be assigned
- Analyze and interpret complex numerical data
- Recognize trends and adjust color based on trends
