Our Quality Control team in West Allis, Wisconsin plays a critical role in ensuring the safety, quality, and performance of microbial cultures used across the dairy, meat, and wine industries. You’ll join a collaborative QC organization responsible for the testing and release of fermentation bulk and packaged finished goods. The broader team includes QC Lab Technicians, Lead Technicians, Media Technicians, Lab Aides, and a QC Intern, all working closely together to support production, quality, and continuous improvement. Every test you run and every result you record directly supports Novonesis’ purpose of enabling better products and a better planet. As a QC Lab Technician I, you will perform routine microbiological and analytical testing under close supervision while building strong foundational laboratory skills. This is an entry-level role designed for individuals eager to grow their technical expertise and understanding of production processes in a regulated manufacturing environment. Your work ensures that products released from our site meet strict quality, safety, and compliance standards—making you a key contributor to operational excellence and customer trust.
