Requirements

High school diploma or GED
2 years’ experience in a Quality Control environment.
Experience with machined components in all phases of inspection, including receiving, first article, and final inspection.
1 year of hands-on experience operating CMM equipment.
Proven experience with manual inspection techniques and tools.
Experience with basic precision measuring instruments ( Micrometres, callipers, height gauges).
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)

Nice To Haves

Experience with receiving inspection requirements including FA inspection is a plus.

Responsibilities

Perform dimensional and visual inspections of machined components, assemblies, and finished products
Experience with CMM Machines.
Calypso Software
Working experience with high-precision measurements and first-article inspections (FAI).
Manual inspections using micrometres, callipers, height gauges, and optical comparators.
Interpret engineering drawings, GD&T experience per ASME/ANSI standards.
Non-conformance reports (NCRs) and Inspection Report experience
