About The Position

We’re looking for a QC Inspector to ensure incoming materials, components, and shipments meet Chromalloy’s quality standards before being accepted into inventory. This role performs detailed inspections, identifies and documents non-conformances, and partners with cross-functional teams to resolve quality concerns and support continuous improvement initiatives. At Chromalloy, your work directly supports aviation safety and reliability. Our teams repair and manufacture critical aerospace components used across the global aviation industry. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of quality inspection, warehouse, manufacturing, or related experience.
• Experience performing detailed visual inspections and documenting inspection results.
• Familiarity with ERP, WMS, or inventory management systems.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read, follow, and interpret inspection procedures and specifications.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Nice To Haves

• Aerospace, manufacturing, or industrial quality inspection experience.
• Experience processing non-conformance reports (NCRs) and corrective actions.
• Knowledge of quality management systems and receiving inspection processes.
• Forklift certification or experience operating material-handling equipment.

Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming materials, components, and shipments to verify compliance with quality requirements.
• Identify, document, and process non-conforming materials and quality discrepancies.
• Support investigations and corrective actions to prevent recurring quality issues.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for receiving inspection processes and documentation.
• Review and update inspection procedures, specifications, and quality records.
• Train and support warehouse personnel on quality inspection requirements and best practices.
• Collaborate with Purchasing, Operations, and Repair teams to resolve supplier and material quality concerns.
• Maintain compliance with all quality, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
