Requirements

Current or previous American Society for Nondestructive Testing (ASNT) Level II certification in Ultrasonic Testing (UT) or Magnetic Particle Testing (MT), OR Certified Welding Inspector (CWI).
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality work.
Ability to follow established procedures and accurately document inspection results.
Self-motivation, reliability, punctuality, and a commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

Perform inspections and nondestructive testing in accordance with applicable requirements and procedures.
Evaluate materials, fabrication processes, and workmanship for conformance to specifications and quality standards.
Identify and document nonconforming products or processes and communicate findings to the appropriate team members.
Help ensure compliance with applicable codes, specifications, and company procedures.
Support quality assurance efforts and continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintain accurate inspection records and required documentation.
Work collaboratively with production and other team members to uphold Klute’s commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
