About The Position

The QC Inspector I is responsible for performing in-process and final inspections of product to verify conformance with internal quality standards and customer requirements. Schedule: Mon-Fri, 6am to 2:30pm

Requirements

Personal protective equipment (PPE) is a requirement for safety.
Must be flexible to work any of the following shifts: Mon-Fri 6am-2:30pm and Mon-Fri 2:30pm-11pm.
Able to sit and/or stand for extended periods of time.
Fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination are necessary for manipulating tools and performing precise measurements with a Microscope.
Specific vision ability to have natural or corrected near distance acuity in at least one eye.
Capable of passing the Jaeger Number 2 test and a color vision test.
Due to ITAR Requirements, all PacAero employees must be classified as US Persons and are required to show proof upon hire.

Perform the following inspection tests for First Article, In Process and / or Final Inspection.
Initiate Nonconformance Reports as required.
Perform product identification and traceability activities as required (Material and Process certification retrieval).
Review shipping paperwork for completeness and accuracy.
Follow daily clean up and housekeeping procedures.
Comply with all quality, safety, and work related rules and regulations.
Promote teamwork and cooperative effort
Maintain a clean, safe, and unobstructed work area
Understand and apply appropriate quality improvement processes
