About The Position

This role involves tracking inbound and outbound inventory, reconciling inventory counts, and developing inventory control methods. The QC Auditor will ensure items are properly received and stored, provide accurate inventory information to customers, and review stock levels. The position also requires working with management to report on stock flow and present inventory data for decision-making. A key responsibility includes operating a stock picker or learning to do so.

Must know how to operate the Stock Picker or be willing to learn

Responsibilities

Tracking inbound and outbound inventory to monitor flow and stock levels
Reconciling inventory to ensure computer counts match physical counts
Developing and utilizing industry-standard inventory control methods, such as just-in-time (JIT) or first-in, first-out (FIFO) approaches
Ensure all items in the warehouse are appropriately received and stored
Provide accurate information on inventory to customers to guide them in their choice of items to order
Review balance of inventory and count the items in stock
See to proper inventory to ensure customers’ demands are met in the most efficient manner obtainable
Work directly with management to bring them up to date regarding stock inflow and outflow
Compile inventory information and present it to management for effective decision making, which may include the need for restock, and so on
Operate the Stock Picker or be willing to learn
