About The Position
Join our Quality Control team and play a key role in ensuring the quality and safety of life-changing therapies. You will contribute to testing and analysis that supports drug product manufacturing and patient outcomes.
Requirements
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in a science-related field
- Experience in quality control or laboratory environments
- Familiarity with GMP and quality systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Effective communication skills
Responsibilities
- Perform testing for in-process, lot release, and stability samples
- Analyze and review laboratory data to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Document results and investigations in quality systems
- Support method transfers, qualifications, and laboratory projects
- Identify deviations and contribute to root cause investigations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production timelines
- Train and mentor junior analysts as needed
