About The Position

We are seeking a highly experienced QAD E-Commerce Functional Lead with a strong background in the manufacturing domain. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with QAD E-Commerce, EDI translation and integration, and B2B applications. This role involves designing, building, and testing e-commerce solutions, providing production support, and consulting with business users to deliver functional solutions. The position requires a candidate who can perform root cause analysis, implement permanent fixes, and provide critical incident support, including on-call duties.

Requirements

• QAD / MFG-PRO – QAD E-Commerce expertise
• 8–10+ years of QAD experience
• Extensive hands-on QAD E-Commerce experience
• Proficiency in EDI Translation and EDI integration
• Knowledge of ANSI X12 / EDIFACT standards
• Experience with EDI messages such as Schedule Releases, ASN, and Invoices
• Experience with Process Maps & Transformation Maps
• Experience in E-Commerce Design, Build & Testing
• Experience with B2B applications / IBM Sterling Integrator (SI)
• Experience with Progress 4GL / OpenEdge programming
• Experience in Production Support & Issue Triaging
• Experience in Root Cause Analysis & Permanent Fixes
• Experience in Business User Consultation / Functional Solutioning
• Willingness to provide On-call / Critical Incident Support

Responsibilities
