In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing software system testing, both manual and automated, with a focus on performance and regression. You will formulate quality assurance frameworks, processes, procedures, and metrics to ensure the delivery of high-quality technology products and services that meet defined quality standards. Additionally, you will leverage AI to enhance quality standards and improve system testing. As a Quality Engineering Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our technology solutions. Your time will be spent on the following core responsibilities: Leading the delivery of quality assurance processes and frameworks, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. Managing and mentoring a team of quality engineers, providing guidance and support to foster professional growth. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and innovative solutions. This role offers the chance to work in a dynamic environment where you will tackle complex challenges, enhance your analytical skills, and contribute to the success of our clients. The position may require regular travel to client sites, providing you with the opportunity to engage directly with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements

A Bachelor’s degree required
Typically, no less than 4 - 6 years of relevant experience
Proficiency in Database Engineering
Expertise in Quality Assurance and Testing
Familiarity with Quality Lifecycle Management
Knowledge of Quality Standards of Products and Services
Understanding of System Development Lifecycle
Ability to define, analyze, and map Technology Business Requirements
Experience in Technology Project Management
Skills in Test Automation
Knowledge of Testing Methods
Familiarity with Technology Strategy, Vision, and Roadmap
